These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the vip tata platform and all its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and vip tata.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per account (unless otherwise specified).
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited; if detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The vip tata VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs per tier — up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold, and 1.2% for Platinum. Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week. Tier status changes based on regular play.

6.1 Betting Limits

If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical fault or server issue, vip tata may cancel that game round and return the bet amount. vip tata's decision in this matter is final.

If evidence of a breach of these Terms is found, vip tata may permanently close the account without prior notice. In this situation, the bonus balance will be forfeited. The original deposited funds may be returned subject to investigation.

vip tata reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. If changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform and sent to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
